Project: LMS Research and Implementation (SUNY)

Currently serving on a committee dedicated to the acquisition and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS). The goal is to provide one platform for learning and development. It seeks to deliver on the following goals:

• Consistency in learning delivery

• Tracking and Reporting

• Effective distribution of learning content

Project: WEB Database Realignment

Contributed to the development of better access to data that tracked program performance.  Multiple reporting systems were evaluated to determine a more effective way to align the systems to communicate with each other while eliminating redundancies in reporting.

 

 Utilization of a Web Based Portal Project Goals were to Improve data capture and   provide KPI analytics

 

Web Based Portal - Deliverables:

• Informational architecture

• Front end / Dashboard

• Back-end / Database

 

 

Project : Internet Branding for Outreach Center through Social Media

Project aimed to increase web traffic and visibility of Community center, to make enrollment in Computer based courses more interactive. Project was successful in garnering more web traffic and generated more inquiries about programs.

 

Project : Data Repository ( NYC Department of Probation)

Part of a team within the analytics department of a governmental agency that created templates that could be used for for producing statistical metrics for monthly reports. Solved the problem of  task duplication in always having to recreate reports that utilized common data parameters requests.

 

Training Website Redesign (Pfizer Inc.)

Initiated and implemented the redesign and creation of a more interactive intranet website. Observed the dead-space of an underutilized training website space and made it functional and accessible for all regional training managers and field force making access to  learning and development information readily accessible.

 

Project: Training Survey Automation (Pfizer Inc.)

Successfully designed and managed the creation of bar-coded and scannable survey forms for training assessment and analysis. Effectively decreasing the turnaround time for reporting training metrics.

 

Project: Field Force Re-Alignment (Pfizer Inc.)

Project support role with Business Technology  in managing and organizing logistic data feeds for training logistics for a major field force retraining initiative 

 

Project: Record Automation and Digitization (Pfizer Inc.)

Automation project that utilized digital imaging services for didgitizing paper files and launching a image database system.Served as project coordinator for the collection,collating and shipping of the documents to the imaging vendor; also responsible for troubleshooting and record issues regarding cataloging and tagging digitized records. Created an in house training manual for end users.
